This was such a fun prototype!

Here are some of the things I've noticed:
The models you use are fun and I love the dialogue! It's all funny and just entertaining in general.
I really like the fighting mechanisms and it seems like training more with Lin will open up more skills/abilities so I can't wait to see that.
Some of the dialogue has typos but there's not toooo many just a few.
The gui for the dialogue box needs some work since it looks a little plain and I feel like there could be a fun font you find and use throughout the game.
I really like the click to acquire useful items mechanism and the store/bar.
Backgrounds are also really nice and i also think the sprite for the player should match the same style as the other characters in the game.
I think it would be a good idea to let the player eat items during battle, since this might help them win and not have to see their health drop too low.

All in all, a short and fun game I had such a nice time trying out.
